Thank you for shopping at EKX-eBike USA. We appreciate the fact you like to buy the cool ride we offer! We want to make sure you are happy and have a rewarding riding experience after purchasing at EKX bike shop. That being said, we have some details about our Shipping and Warranty policies below.

Order Processing

  • Shipping and delivery times may vary. Typically, online orders for in-stock items will be processed in 24 hours and shipping time within 3-8 business days. We appreciate your patience as we are always committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send email notification with tracking number and estimated delivery time. This is just a rough estimate of your delivery date, for more real time updates please contact the shipping provider directly.
  • In some cases, a shipping confirmation may be slightly delayed even though the package is already on its way to you.

Shipping Methods

  • All ebike orders will require a delivery appt. so please double check you included the right e-mail and phone number so our Freight carrier can arrange your delivery correctly. 
  • Due to the shipping limitations on Li-ion batteries, ground shipping will be the only option.

  • Our electric bikes shipped within the contiguous United States and European countries qualify for FREE shipping.

We are not able to deliver to the following:

  1. Standard P.O Boxes or Residential P.O Boxes in rural areas.

  2. Military addresses.

  3. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or other island areas.
  4. Individual batteries will ship separately, and will have a separate shipping cost.

Delivery Time

  • Shipping time varies from 5-10 business days for the U.S. and EU countries. Ready Stock are shipped from local warehouse by Fedex / DHL.
  • The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. Please allow for extra delivery time during the holiday season.
  • Please note that tracking updates may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the time the shipping order is created.
  • Please note that your item has been shipped if there is a tracking number, even if the tracking number has not been updated by the carrier yet.

We will provide you a tracking number and the delivery will require a signature. From this point forward it is your responsibility to track the package, and to make sure you will be home to sign for it, or to make alternative arrangements directly with the carrier. EKXbike will not have any liability for packages that are signed for, regardless of who signed for them. EKX-bike is not responsible for loss and/or damages due to third party’s conduct.

Domestic and International Shipping

  • Your ride will be shipped by the carrier that can best meet the delivery timeframe; we will use either FEDEX or DHL if shipped from the continental 48 states or Europe.

Shipping Fee

  • Our ebikes shipped within the contiguous United States and European Unions qualify for FREE shipping. 
  • We cannot ship to non-EU countries like UK Switzerland and Norway, unless buyers agree with additional duties and import taxes may occur.

Shipping / Order Changes

  • Before placing an ebike order, be sure to verify that the product(s) you are looking to order and the delivery address is (are) correct.
  • If your bike has already shipped and you have a FedEx / DHL tracking number, EKX Bikes is unable to make any changes and/or special arrangements, including address changes, please contact FedEx or DHL Delivery service to arrange any special requests or delivery instructions.

Order Cancellation

Please note the following policy for cancellation requests:

    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to
    • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Defective bike or die on arrival may be covered by our warranty policy.
